Another one of those Un cards that can be straight up annyong. But its an Un card, so it gets away with it. Actually, that's sort of the point on Un sets, to print silly annoying cards like this.

Use this with Ashnod's Coupon, then choose the hand that is holding the drink.

So....If I am reading this right....
In a 3+ player game, I enchant player A, but choose the left hand of player B, also my opponent. The card is balanced on player B's left hand, and if player B drops it, player A loses 3 life. So in a 3+ player game, this card is essentially: Deal 3 damage to target player at any time a target opponent chooses. For 1 black. Lolz.

one interpretation of the rules would let you force the opponent to balance it on their hand of cards... makes it fall off a whole lot easier.

@supershawn: Why stop there?

After this, Farewell to Arms and Handcuffs, bring out Deadhead and sac it to Altar of Dementia. Now they need successfully accomplish the act of milling themselves for 3 with both hands touching behind their back, without putting down their cards in hand or letting this card fall off. You will inevitably find an opportunity to put several Cheatyfaces into play. And if they manage to survive this grueling act of physical exertion, finish them off with Enter the Dungeon. See if they can get under the table like this...

"If Volrath's Motion Sensor falls of the hand...." I love that; it sounds so ominous. "The hand." Woo.
