Sadly, you cant put instants and sorceries into play anymore (Nor unglued lands). It got errataed, although it doesnt shows on gatherer:

PhyrexianLobbiest, the new text still works for artifacts. So even without the Secret Lair, it's a great way to get out Gleemax. Then do the standard Gleemax thing: use Karn to make it a creature, or Divine Offering to make your opponents basically give up.
