While not that powerful, this is the type of direct damage that makes sense for green; also, nobody expects green direct damage, so that's also fun. An interesting choice to reprint as a draft common in some future set full of token critter or something similar.

In the language it says this card has no translation. Actually I own a French one which is called 'Tempête de sable' so I think they should update that
