The first of several cards that allowed you to take control of another creature at the cost of keeping one tapped...This one is actually pretty, with a nice body at a decent cost to start out with as well...

The picture reminds me of the Jockeys from Left4Dead2.

In Shandalar, I used it with Ashnod's battle gear to make him get bigger things, and extra battle gear to kill what I took but didn't want to keep.

That Old Man of the Sea is really dead-set on cutting that younger fellow's hair.

I wonder if he's like the old man on Family Guy.....kinda seems that way from the picture.....
I really like this card, it is probably my favourite card,

Rather disturbing art on a reasonably good creature. Sure, he could only steal smaller things, but he did it practically for free. Also, he's quite big for his casting cost - a 2/3 for 1UU was a steal back then.

Reminds me of the old man from zelda wind waker, trying to teach link new tricks.
Stolen from another here http://www.kisamayatsu.com/blog/mtg/summaries.html
"In "The Fifth Voyage of Sindbad," Sindbad encounters an old man who begs Sindbad to carry him on his shoulders and carry him across a canal. Sindbad does, thinking the old man must be crippled in some way, but when he does, the old man locks his legs around Sindbad's neck and won't get off. He forces Sindbad to carry him all over the place for days. Eventually, Sindbad tricks the old man into drinking an excessive amount of wine, and when the old man gets drunk and falls off Sindbad's shoulders, Sindbad bashes his head in with a rock. No moral! (A marid is a type of djinn)"
