This card is downright vicious, relentless, and evil. Well done.

A must have in a Dredge deck.

I'd like to leave out the "relentless" part of this card and get a "may" clause to make the trigger optional.
Aside from that it's still a useful card - even by itself, though.

question: how does the dredge mechanic interact with incarnations like vigor if vigor is the only card left in your library?

not good if for some reason this is your only creature in your graveyard when he dies, otherwise it's totally ace.

I used this guy in a non-dredge deck, and it was awesome. I had some card drawing effects, and as soon as I had two of those in hand/play, I could block all day returning the previous one that died to the top of my library. Of course, as I said, I had card drawing too in my deck, so I would draw it again and draw other threats. And when I said awesome, I meant against stuff that it can block, since it doesn't have reach. But I had lots of fun with that deck. Just a casual deck, but sort of strong casual rather than average-just-for-fun casual.

The annoying thing is that if you don't have any other creatures in your grave, he would just keep bouncing himself back to your deck. I guess that would only happen if you weren't playing Dredge properly, though.

Once you have other creatures in your yard, this becomes phenominal. Otherwise, if for some reason you keep playing this to let it die, you get soft locked out of your own deck.

Works great for me next to a sac outlet and Ravenous Demon. Demon get's nuked? Sac this guy and get him back. Demon needs food? Dredge this guy or sac him to the demon and put him on top of the library. Board get's wiped? Put the demon on top. Allows me my 5 mana "hastey"* 9/9 flying trample without the worry of getting eaten by it (most of the time.)

*(I say "hastey" because he's not a big 9/9 until you transform him, which you should do *after* the summoning sickness has worn off..)
