I love everything else about this card. I hate the stupid dayglo pink art so much that I cannot play it.
And what's worse is it's so block specific that it'll probably never be reprinted with alt art.

Mt 21/21 Golgari Grave-Troll laughs at your Marit Lage. I'm not sure if one can truly know the power of this card until played and/or watching a competent player. I'm actually surprised that it isn't unjustly rated lower out of ignorance.

The very recent Splinterfright from Innistrad is resemblent of this guy. I think I like Splinter even better despite his lack of abilities when compared to this guy b/c of his casting cost and even more than that, his ability to fill a graveyard, FAST. That has magnificent synergy with so many of the cards from most of the latest expansions. The dredge on this guy and regen is awesome and counters are almost always fun, but for me personally, I'd pick Splinterfright over him and when it's all said and done, I think most would agree on that. It's still early but I think he's going to be just BRUTAL.

Don't see what's the problem with the art. It's a deathly gray troll skeleton in the hues of the setting sun. What's not to like? Monstrous in dredge decks, obviously. And that Dredge 6 means it just gets bigger every time it returns to the battlefield.
