He's supposed to be human? He's all out of proportion.

I don't see how this is not playable
Red is the fastest colour when it comes to dealing damage, which is why this is and will never be close to a vanilla Grizzly Bears. Most red creatures that are 2/2 for 1R have drawbacks, and this has one of the 'not so serious'.
Can be used as a backup plan to your burn in case its not enough, or to help finish your opponent

This guy is being underrated. He is only slightly below the curve for red.
2/2 for 2 without a very serious drawback is fine considering the colour.

I'm not gonna say he's the worst card in the world or anything (though that art...gyaahaa), but at this point there's really no reason to run him given red's other options at that slot.

Even if Sell-Sword Brute is only slightly weaker than the typical red weenie (which is arguable given the existence of some of the cards listed in previous comments), that would only indicate that the typical red weenie is to weak. A red grizzly bear isn't going to hurt the game. White will still be the king of weenies.

I don't see why this drawback is necessary. Are red creatures really this bad?
Ash Zealot, while it has to commit more to red, blows the crap out of this. I'm sure there are others.

A cheap 2/2 always has applications in a mono red aggro, no matter how dumb it is.
Mogg Jailer, Goblin Raider, etc.
But now we have cards that aren't crippled by restrictive text;
Goblin Guide, Goblin Wardriver, Ember Hauler, even Bloodcrazed Goblin (If you're not burning them, you're not winning anyway).
