Drawing two cards and paying 2 life is worth about 2 mana, so you get a 4/4 for about 4. Add to that that he triggers also on zombify and such effects, and you have a card that is not of tournament but fine casual deck quality.

Costs too much. By turn 6, two cards aren't a big boost and a 4/4 isn't anything special. I'd rather play 2 Phyrexian Ragers.

Looks like an Artifact Creature. Too bad WotC didn't make colored artifacts until Alara. Yea, I know about Transguild Courier, but that's a special case and should be grooped with the 'normal' artifacts.

Very fair. Nothing particularly flashy. I'd say good. Could use trample or something though. People expect epic board presence at 6cmc.
