@devaking55 I think he was naming off every land with the 'basic land' types. Therefore, he is correct.
As for this card, I like it. It works well with retrace as Lord.Gold mentioned. In fact, I have a peasant modern deck that uses it. Since they moved worm harvest to uncommon in modern masters, I can now use it.
Raven's crime makes my deck feel like a rock deck. I can use ancient grudge, and ray of revelation along with my self milling effects like mulch to clear out problem permanents, and raven's crime combined with 'put lands into your hand' effects allows me to make my opponent discard their whole hand.
Worm harvest is the finisher netting me usually 4-10 tokens per turn with no sign of stopping. Raven's crime keeps counterspells out of their hand, and since it is a new spell for each cast, they can't stop it with counterspells. It's really powerful.
This guy just fuels the engine. He nets ridiculous card advantage in that deck.

I really like this guy. He has sweet looking art, and an interesting ability which combos with things like retrace and whatnot. Can even do something like Harrow at end of opponents turn, and spend from the untapped lands you just pulled to use this ability. Nice combo.

Fetchlands are NOT basic lands
basic lands only consist of plains, forest, mountain, island, swamp, and their snow counterparts (snow- covered forest etc).
I knew there must've been someone else than me who thought that this guy is standing inside a giant jelly!
your are kinda wrong, as basic lands consist of the card type "basic" there are non basic plains mountains islands forest and swamps
