there's no question mark because it's a command. he is telling you to guess.

Yay, I get to throw a random grammar lesson into this comment!

Just for everyone's clarification, you do not put a question mark at the end of the sentence 'Guess what.' Many people do because they see the word 'what' and assume that means you need a question mark. But you don't. If you're telling someone to guess, the sentence ends in a period.

Now that I've gotten that off my chest, this card is pretty fun. Definitely a combat trick that can end some games. Preferable to today's Untamed Might until you're overflowing with mana.

I understand what you're saying, and you make perfect sense. However, I feel the need to point out that you said "Guess What" while the card says "Guess Where". Just throwing it out there.
