This card is pure insanity. Granted that you have another meek smaurai in play (and you should) means that the game is pretty much over for the opponent.
If his second ability cost lest, he would be a little better. 3.5/5 from me.

He didn't need bushido. All it did was make him overpriced. Bushido is a great ability in concept, but it was built incorrectly. You should never have to pay for conditional power and toughness off the bat. If they had made a Samurai general who gave unblocked samurai Lifelink it would have been almost forgivable. As it stands today, Kamigawa is a lot like Legends mixed with Masques. It has a decent amount of gems that are very powerful even today, but tons of costly cards with awkward mechanics that make for slow games.
