I threw one in my U/G infect deck, and it works wonders. Just make a Glistener Elf unblockable for one mana, then pump it after they declare blockers.

An interesting blue variation of the old Dwarven Warriors strategy of attacking, then pumping after they are unblockable. This came in the Betrayers of Kamigawa Ninja pre-con, where it was a decent Ninjitsu enabler. It works best with initially low-power creatures, so you don't have to pay a ton for its ability, saving more for pumping it. Char-Rumbler comes to mind as a nice target for this.

If you hang around long enough, Vraska the Unseen's tokens can win you games with help from this. Just saying.
