In silver-bordered context, all colors exist, not only the classic five colors. So, if your eyes are brown, your avatar is brown. There is even a card in Unhinged (Water Gun Balloon Game) that puts pink tokens into play.
Now, the cost: it costs 1 more to play for each ten years you have been alive. It has a base cost of 2UU that also needs to be counted to the total. So, if you are younger than 10 years, your avatar will cost you just 2UU. If you are older than 10, but younger than 20 years, it costs 3UU. 20-30 years would cost 4UU, 30-40 years costs 5UU, and so on. So, if you are 70 or older, it will reach the 11 mana total (not at 110 years as someone pointed out). It is not clear, however, if we should count the remaining years as fractions of mana: there are cases where half-manas are used, but having to count the exact fraction would be insane: do we count fractions of years (days) proportionally as well? So, whatever it costs your avatar today, it will cost 1/3650 more mana tomorrow. That'd be insanelly unplayable, at least until the next rules update gets rid of mana burn.
Back to ttian's comment: are you one feet tall, wear size 2 shoes and are between 70 and 80 years old? If so, then it definitelly is a 1/1 for 11. On my case, it would be a 6/4 for 4UU, so basically I got a blue Craw Wurm (yes, I have blue eyes, so the color of the avatar would actually match the color of mana on its cost! ^^ )

Why Unhinged is not Tournament-Legal.
For this to be playable in a tournament, judges would have to be able to check every single player's date of birth, require each player to have their hieght and foot-size measured on demand, and make rulings on player's eye colors.

So for me, its a Blue/Green 6/7 that costs 6 to play. Not really worth it, except for the laughs.
Incidentally, it's a lot more than just potentially brown and hazel. Besides rare but eye existent colors like purple (and red, but we red is already a color), The "Official" rulings on this card state that colored contact lenses are valid.
So, if you have sufficiently crazy contact lenses, this can be truly crazy. And, yes, you can change your contacts in response to color based hate. Wierd, no?

Like many here, a would get a fairly efficient creature at 6/11 for 4UU. Would I play this creature? Ehhh... probably not. Lack of evasion really hurts this guy. (They could have added something like "Jump at least a foot in the air: Avatar of me gains flying until end of turn.")

This card would be much more epic if it was measured in centimeters. It doesn't have Trample or anything, so it would be able to be chumped all day, but at least we wouldn't need to use vexing and arcane measurement standards like "shoe sizes".
