Interesting role player that can be returned to play by giving it persist or playing Makeshift Mannequin and have it remove the counter on the next upkeep! :)

Not very good in a normal situation, but it can be very intreresting to play with and helpful if you construct a deck around it. It is perfect with cumualtive upkeep and Unstable Mutation.

Of course its going to be a drawback in a deck where the only counters in the deck are +1/+1s (or where there are no counters at all O.o), but as has been said, include a few cards where you want to be removing counters from your guys and he becomes a cheaper Air Elemental with a helpful ability :)

Moreover in Italian "chi sei?" means "who are you?", and this makes this character more mysterious.

Chronozoa is fun with this guy, yet another way to feed him is Dark Depths. Sure you'll have to sacrifice him after 10 turns (less if you removed more than one counter per turn), but by then, well, you have a 20/20 indestructible flyer.

Arbiter of the Ideal seems nice, since the counters are just there to remind you the permanent is an enchantment. @Smoke_Stack I am pretty sure there aren't any 4/4 vanilla flyers for 4, because that would be pretty insane. They usually need to have some kind of draw back.
