You have to decide for yourself if it is worth to splash green into your W/R samurai deck for the lonely green samurai. With enough mana open he can hold the fort for sure.

Sensei Golden-Tail makes whatever you want samurai. Since this is the ONLY green samurai, maybe Kentaro, the Smiling Cat should be used so you should only need to splash green/forests. Samurai are heavy "Boros" colors...secondarily "Orzhov" colors or "Rakdos" colors.
