Probably worth it in a deck that has a lot of "every player discards X cards", probably not. This should cost about 1 or 2 mana to be worth its rare status.

Play with Sylvan Library and you'll always have at least 3 cards in hand!

This card is bad, but I've used it in interesting combo decks before.

First one to make a "good in the mirror match" joke gets a free kick in the teeth.

Good in the mirror match, once you reflect on it.

Pretty good in EDH decks that seek to empty their hands. You can swap your hand every turn (unless there's something you want to cast) and effectively draw 2 cards per turn.
Random Trivia of the day: This card and Moonring Island are the only two cards in MTG to have the word "Moonring" in their names and have nothing to do with each other, but do have some synergy

I love this card oh so much despite it being so convulated and horrible.
Can help defend you from mill decks if you've luckily saved some cards in the facedown exile and you can swap hands for some variety and protection from discard. Not Megrim and that junk but just keeping cards safe from random discard.
I've been searching for the perfect deck for this since combo'ing always seems a little boring but I'm thinking something very UR and weird.

I don't understand why this is rated so low. It effectively makes every card you draw into two cards. Practically a little slow but still. And drawing an extra card every turn is still okay at five mana.

I really love this card, and the idea of it is really cool, but I hate how vulnerable it is; I wish it had some sort of 'if this card leaves play, put all cards exiled by it on the bottom of your library" clause. As it is, it's just begging to be blown up once it has more than 5 cards under it, by any one bored with artifact removal.

MaRo says in his column that this is a better version of Duplicity, both of which he says he designed. The idea basically is to have two hands of cards.

Seems to me like it's meant to be a redone Memory Jar.

IF this cost less, it could be interesting. As it is, it's pretty bad. Only a control deck that had already achieved full control could really make any use of it, and then there are better alternatives for card draw.

Its not bad but I would prefer to pay 1 extra for Staff of Nin.

Teferi's Puzzle Box. Bottled Cloister. Other draw of any kind, especially effects like Rhystic Study and Consecrated Sphinx.
