WOTC, please reprint this as common. With all the Cloudpost decks going around, this would help keep things balanced. LD attached to a creature that can put pressure on the board is SOOOO much better than sorcery LD spells.

Comparing it to Watchwolf I think is bad because Watchwolf was a 2 mana creature. Let's call it the equivalent of approx. {3} for the color-weight? This card is 5 mana in one color.
Calling this 'the Very Best Hill Giant Ever' makes a lot more sense- most of the decks I would play Watchwolf in, I would not play this card. In every conceivable situation I would consider running Hill Giant, even in Giant Tribal in a metagame where an Ogre-Hate card existed, I would play this card instead. In the same colors, for only {1} additional mana you are getting Sinkhole. That kind of value is not appropriate to even be calling it Stone Rain anymore, though it's not really like having a Strip Mine either. It's closer to a Strip Mine than a Stone Rain though.

Oracle changes quite a bit how this card functions. Wouldn't a wording of, "When Ogre Arsonist enters the battlefield, if it was cast from your hand, destroy target land," make it in line with its printed text?
