This isn't bad, but it's not that great. There are better options, but.... I only have one (From scars) and I can't remember the name.

Darkslick Drake is probably the card you're thinking of. I imagine this card is good in limited, where a 2/2 flier for four is acceptable and card advantage is hard to come by.

I'd like to see this and/or Owl Familiar reprinted. Sky-Eel School is a good start.

Come to think of it, Tower Geist is a VERY good start.
