If only this triggered off creatures entering the battlefield under an opponent's control, instead of casting creature spells. Then it would be a great anti-token-deck card.

I used to run this card in my Phelddagrif enchantment EDH deck although, sadly, it doesn't trigger when you give out hippo tokens. If I end up running Fathom Mage, that might be fun.

But I did manage to terrorize several games with my hungry, hungry hippo.
