Good card , it gives 2 blast each turn or take two mana for only 2 mana once .
Opponent need an enchant ...

This crad is great for mana draining deck ( but you already knew that). Though I don't understand why it has a cycling option, I always cast it whenever I can.

Strictly better than Power Leak, because it's a bit harder to prevent the loss-of-life with this card. Also, it has cycling.

Either card is too conditional to be very useful, sadly. Very few decks have an enchantment out early in the game.

Love this card, I pinned down someone who played an enchantment on turn one, I had two of these in my hand and I started, so turn 3 he had two of them on his enchantment, the game ended with him having 4 lands and me having no monsters but counterspells to stop him. he had taken all the damage so that he could do something

I like this much better than power leak as it has cycling to get rid of in case there are no enchantments, or if you are color screwed but have a hand you still wish to keep, or late game if there is no point in enchanting any enchantment

Also think its increased in power with all the quest enchantments that everyone I know seems to play.

Combo's very very nicely with Psychic Venom

also has the type enchant enchantment which always made me lol.

I would run this first though, due to cycling, perhaps with Mana Web

Somebody could explain me why this card name is so funny? Maybe because English is not my mother-tongue, but I really don't understand...

However, an interesting card for slow down an opponent with an enchantment in play, and the cycling is useful in case of zero-enchantment opponent...

Actually, they both have the exact SAME cost, and this one has fewer options for the opponent. :)
