This is pretty much awful. A post child for 1 star cards.

It is NOWHERE NEAR a 0.5 though.

A 0.5 card should basically do nothing at all, usually at a high cost. See wood elemental.

This is a disappointing card. Even if it were a 2/12 it would be overcosted. Cards that cost 6 mana need to be getting you pretty close to winning a game, even in limited. This clearly doesn't do that. It should have cost 4.
