This could have been pretty good with Vigilance. As it is it blocks for a while and builds up to a bomb, not bad for 2 mana.

I actually like this card. Back during mirrodin I had a modular deck that used a couple of these; every time another creature died I would just transfer its counters to Spincrusher and have it attack unblocked on the next turn.

Weak on its own, but gets pretty broken with The Mimeoplasm. Have Mimeoplasm enter the battlefield as a copy of this thing with twelve +1/+1 counters from a Phyrexian Dreadnought. Proceed to start removing counters for unblockability. Hits for 11, then hits for 10, death in two turns.
