Right, jump always used to be an undercosted spell anyways... >.> I guess this could have actually found use with a casting and splice cost of each.

At this casting cost, "Up to two target creatures gain flying until end of turn" would've been fair. The splice cost could've gone up to 2U and it still would've been okay at that. As-is, this is just horrible.

This is awful, if you want this effect, play Jump, Leap or even better Flight...this has no use in any deck, I might consider it in limited and that's it...

Better than jump in a splicing deck, still worse than leap and shadow rift though and thus obsolete. Since jump got 1, ya this deserves its 1.5.
