Although its too high cost for that particular deck, this card works great as an extra enchantress in enchantress-type decks and with cards like Frog Tongue that already have a cantrip ability. With the spell Shimmering Wings you effectively have a Whispers of the Muse that only costs 2 to play with Buyback! 3.5/5.

Combining him with bouncable one-drop auras sounds indeed appealing, but on the other hand consider that it's just a fragile 2/3 four-drop.
Disregarding his body, that also means you need to spend ten mana in total to even get card advantage.
(Four for him, casting and bouncing the aura twice to compansate the cards you would have drawn instead of him and the aura, and finally casting and bouncing a third time to finally get additional cards.)

Use Flickering Ward to protect him and even have him block/attack, then bounce back to your hand and replay whenever you have enough mana.

Does Retether or Cleansing Meditation cause the returned auras to trigger the card drawing ability?

An exceptional source of green card draw from before the year 2000.

Though I do love the new card frames and the quality of art we've been seeing since the Lorwyn era, but I really miss the old frames and the more simplistic, hand-drawn style of art from the old days. Nostalgia.

And it's a solid card, too :)

@Vagis - No the ability won't trigger from those cards (or any other Replenish-type effects) because when the enchantments return to the battlefield they aren't targeting anything. This is why you can use spells like that to attach an aura onto a creature with shroud.

Not terrible, but there are cheaper cards that benefit from auras in a better fashion.

I'd rather play Kor Spiritdancer in an aura deck.

One of my all-time favorite cards. I love druids and auras so this was an easy choice for a lot of decks I have made, and I only ever had access to one copy that wasn't even mine in the first place. I also miss the style and the art of that period in Magic.
