The very last good card drawing Instant still available in Extended. Why do Wizards hate these spells so much these days? Is drawing cards just so unfair and gamebreaking that it absolutely must be played at sorcery speed? Come on.

I think the art looks nice. Better then the Fem-Monkey Tezzeret one that came out in Espith vs. Tezzeret.
xD Besides, I used to be a BIG fan of Tezz, but now it makes me sick to look at him after Pherexian =/ I hate those guys for destroying my favorite world! D':

Instant speed draw at a low cost (3-) is highly dangerous to the game because it allows "draw, go" decks that leave all their mana open all the time and use it to counter spells or generate card advantage if none present themselves. The weakness of counter-heavy decks is SUPPOSED to be that if you leave mana open you're wasting it if your opponent plays carefully and doesn't give you any good counter targets, the existence of cards like this means that all good anti-counterplay does is give you cards.

Well costed and you always net at least one card. On top of that its instant speed and its hard to find good instant draw.
