Great addition to a Sorarami/Azusa deck.

I really really like this card. It's pretty unfair, but not THAT great. I like cards that are versatile and a little above average, and this card is both.

I know it's not some awesome combo or anything, but with Proliferate, this can be an permanent tap for any color.

One of the better lands that tap for any color and come into play untapped.

I don't know if this is the absolute best land for a deck running 4-5 colors, but it's my favorite.

Tap the last counter off of this for Green, let it hit the graveyard, snatch it back with Life from the Loam... classic.

Compare with Sphere of the Suns. While this can't be used to ramp, it can be used as a pretty solid three color mana fixer, especially in early game when the flexibility can really be a boon.

By time the three counters are gone, you're probably done needing the land anyways.

I found this worked well with the ravnica karoo lands like Orzhov Basilica - bouncing it when it was running low.

I loved using the Mine with the Lairs from Planeshift. Two uses, bounce it, then play it for some more!

This needs to be added to the basic set for a year or two. Along with it's cousin from Tempest block, Reflecting Pool. SOLID 4.5/5
