Agree with weratarrasque! Good but a tat too expensive limiting its efectiveness!

The mileage you'll get out of this card really depends on the deck you run it with...the less graveyard recursion you have, the better this card fits. It has absolutely no place in a reanimation deck (obviously) whereas in a pure {W} deck it shuffles itself back into the library to be drawn again, it's not the best ability tacked onto a 4/4 flyer for {4}{W}{W}, but in games that get very long and drawn out, the ability can really matter.
Also, I like the artwork.

Feels like it could have had an extra ability or something. Of course, that's probably just power creep talking...

I remember when this was my first dragon for white....and I thought the shuffle back into the library feature was an ability. Turns out in the modern day arena of MTG it is nothing more than a liability. Awesome art, loads of nostalgia, white and a dragon.... Was a 5 star card for me 12 years ago. Nothing more than a 2.5 nowadays. Kinda not too big of a fan of power creep. If you get a poor start the game is over in two minutes.... Blows.
