Forget Fireball. The best "first turn" kill combo with this card involves Forest, Black Lotus, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Giant Growth and Bear Cub.

Sac the Lotus for Green

, cast Channel, play 15 life and cast Emrakul. Tap your Forest and use the left over Green

from the Lotus to cast Bear Cub. With your free turn, attack with both Emrakul and Bear Cub, and cast Giant Growth on the Bear Cub!

@SirZapdos *facepalm* except, that combo requires 5 cards, you could never have that in your hand by turn 1. 1 life is as good as 5 when your opponent has yet to put down a land.
