A powerful card against tokens and other swarm creatures. Just make sure that you won't lose your own creatures and it's a good card.

Very powerful. Combo this with a fully charged Pyromancer's Ascension and you might as well have a DoJ for red (casting 2). Perfect against Eldrazi Spawn, keeps the Op from having their extra mana. All around just a wonderful card
Cons of Poor version -Doesn't hit players or creatures with flying -Costs {R}{R} instead of {1}{R} -Requires 2 cards instead of 1.

Pyroclasm is a rich man's card? Nah. I hate Inflame, I can't imagine it being good for me.

I love this card.
I always play four of these in a mono-red burn deck, alongside four Firespout. If I need a little more utility, I put one of each in the sideboard, to snag with a Burning Wish. (Against noncreature decks that are low on critter removal, I sideboard in four Magus of the Moon.)
Those two burn spells are massive card advantage in disguise, and critters not quite killed by the 'clasm can be targeted with a secondary burn spell. Not an ideal solution, but pretty good.
