green is just not the color made for burn spells^^ but they could have made it useful, though.

Uggghhhhhhh.
In red, this would be considered beyond worthless. Its only POSSIBLE redeeming factor is being green, a color with almost no spells of this type. Not .5 because it could have some use, but let's say a good solid 1.

It's still burn for mono-green, which is nothing to be scoffed at.
Not much to be said for this card - it's not efficient burn by red's standards, but green really doesn't get many direct damage effects like this, so I think it's costed well. Pretty much all of the spells in this vein have the same flavour - Unyaro Bee Sting is functionally identical to this one, and was the first of its kind; since then, they have added Unyaro Bees as another Time Spiral "nod to the past", and very recently Hornet Sting has been added to the list.
A dedicated theme-deck builder probably has enough cards to make an actual theme deck for bees, wasps and hornets. How effective such a deck would be is... questionable... but it would be cool to see!

Green burn and creature removal is green creature removal. Not a one star, but not awesome either. Still an OK card especially for Colored Life or Star

Had to give this 5/5 because Unyaro Bee Sting is equivalent and rated higher. This is rated low just because it's a Portal card.

Still, a very silly card. Perhaps the bee stinging flavor should return, but as a red/green hybrid?
