Weird vigilance, instantaneous repeatable heroic enabler, removal that moves but you have to continually pay for- very versatile and fun to play with.

I love this card's versatility but wish the ability was cheaper. Maybe making it cost and the ability ? Also, Thassa's got a snakey neck now.

Why is the world in love again? Why are we marching hand in hand? Why are the ocean levels rising up? It's a brand new record for 1990, They Might Be Giants' brand new album, Thassa's Ire!

I love that flavor text. Really gives you a feel for the Pantheon, as well as being pretty dramatic without being cheesy. As for the card itself, it is pretty cheap to cast and is repeatable. Nothing fancy, but depending on what you're untapping or tapping, it can be a lot of value.
This makes me so angry I could just TWIDDLE THINGS.

I feel this should be a (somewhat more expensive) constellation card.

If you look under the boat (where the sun is shining through) you can actually see the sailor drowning. This card is pure, unadulterated flavor.

Works great with Vorel of the Hull Clade and Gilder Bairne, but I can only see this working in EDH...

This card doesn't do what the flavour text advocates that it does.

I'm not sure why it specifies that I may tap or untap the target creature. I'm having trouble imagining what could go on the stack that, by the time this ability resolves, I change my mind about whether I wanted to tap or untap the thing.

Theoretically, this with a Kiora's Follower or a Voyaging Satyr, a Nykthos and 5 devotion to blue means infinite mana. It' s janky and difficult, but possible in Mono-blue devotion that splashes green.
