He almost always stays unharmed, and can even kill almost any attacker that doesn't have more toughness than power! ... I HATE YOU, TARMOGOYF!
Oh well. Either way, he'll survive the battle under normal conditions, so he still fends off any creature reliably for just two mana. Even tramplers won't cause you any harm! Only creatures with evasion can avoid him.
As a minor downside, you could say he's exclusively passive agressive, and otherwise pacifistic: He will refuse to cause any harm - and not survive for long - when you make him attack, or fight another creature.
