It seems like it could be good mana ramp, but remember - there needs to be land in the yard for you to steal it. Some sort of blue-green mill would have this be best used in, or maybe black-green discard. Or if you're a dick, red-green land destruction.

Very nice eternal plant. It'd be nice if they printed a bunch of efficient ramp spells in these sets until ramp was a viable legacy deck.

Pretty baller card, if I wanted to run any Rampant Growth type effects in EDH, this would be the one. Well designed.
