It goes great in its deck, upping all the ETB (or similar) triggers to instant speed which fits well with the other cards like Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Acidic Slime. It gets way more crazy if you manage to give your stuff haste though, as it turns into a Sneak Attack double-up in the opposite side of the colour wheel, which makes for some interesting social events.

I would like to see this card in a Duel Deck :) It is powerful, good for combos, but not broken.

If you're trying to combo this with haste for attacking, you're playing it wrong. There's almost no reason to play this during your own turn; Play it during an opponent's turn, and you'll be able to attack with the summoned creature during your own turn.
