It's hard to get too excited about yet another Threaten/Act of Treason variant, especially when this one seems to have had little to do with the actual flavor and been designed as an afterthought as filler for red decks. Outside of the rare occurrences when my opponent actually has a creature worth stealing, cards like these inevitably end up dead, collecting dust in my hand while I wait for the perfect target to use it on--a target that never comes.
At least in this set there may actually be some worthwhile targets, assuming monstrosity takes off. Still, for four mana (when three mana is pushing it), I would have hoped for a bit more than a slapped-on 'Scry 1' at the end. Especially in this set, a trampling variant such as Traitorous Blood would have been a much more welcome sight. And cheaper too, for some reason.

@anotherfan3z1: Not 100%...even if the owner of the enchanted creature loses control of the creature, they still control the enchantments. I found this out the hard way when I borrowed an opponent's creature Aqueous Form-enchanted creature and the opponent informed me that he got to scry, not me (this was verified by the judge). Hence, this won't allow you to benefit from Ordeal of Nylea either (which I wasn't supposed to do in a previous game, but didn't know about it).

I've used this with a mono-red draft deck with a few Flamespeaker Adepts on the board. It won the tournament doing what red does best.
