Strictly more effective than the United Nations in stopping violence.

in the flavor text it says 'this time i do not lie.' This time? not exactly confidence inspiring.

Just as a heads up, Andoroth, you can't scepter it as scepter only works on sorceries.

You can attack and post-combat play this, so it's pretty much like a fog with some added benefits. Also useful if they have something like an Alluring Siren out, and you need to prevent yourself from attacking for a turn.
Likely my 3rd favorite card in magic. it can absolutely save both you and your permanents! it evenallows you to fully tap out (even your creatures and artifacts!) during a non-multiplayer game, and get away with it! :)
I have no idea why it has such a low rating! are people now-adays forgetting about SECOND MAIN PHASE!?!? i mean, that's almost always when you're supposed to use it! 4.5/5; I rated it 5/5 just to get its rating further up
EDIT (AGAIN): thanks @ukkmaster and @lunaravernger i should say, combos with Panoptic mirror*** that card for that warm, fuzzy, "its nearly impossible for me to lose" feeling haha

If this card just said "until the beginning of your next turn," it would be ****ing BEAST.
For so long I just wanted to Chronatog + Peace Talks and lock my opponent in an unending time warp of bureaucratic BS.
