Excited for this set, my pauper sliver deck is getting some love with this card and Predatory Sliver, which will join the ranks of Sinew Sliver and Muscle Sliver. I can already taste my opponent's tears. Bwhahaha

For limited he is early pick even as a lone sliver. And for constructed? Every sliver deck will play him.
(What is wrong with ratings, I see him at 2,8 it must be some awkward mistake)

Yes, it's best with other Slivers around. But fun fact: this is the ONLY 2-drop 2/2 vigilant creature in Magic's entire history that requires only one mana of a specific color. All the others cost 2 specific colored mana or have only 1 toughness. Look it up.

That makes this little guy pretty darn good, I'd say. 3.5/5 for general decks, probably 4/5 with other Slivers.

I'm surprised this guy hasn't garnered more attention. A 2/2 for 2 with a good ability seems like exactly what Slivers need (too many of their best abilities either cost too much or are on a bad bodies). The art does seem far too generic and a bit ugly, though. And exactly how big is this guy supposed to be? He looks like a giant there.

Not that great. He neither protects your slivers nor makes them kill your opponent faster.

It's only good in combination with slivers that give them tap abilities. Even then I wouldn't add too many of this, since, oviously, the ability doesn't stack.

This card is amazing, not only does the ability go with its color is so much cheaper than Synchronous Sliver. Amazing in a well planned sliver deck

That's not a sliver.

@majinara Doesn't make them kill your opponent faster? Who wouldn't want to attack with all their slivers and then tap them later (via Manaweft Sliver or Gemhide Sliver) to summon even more slivers? And he's a 2/2. Wouldn't play 4 of in a deck but 2 is still very good.

Even if your slivers don't have tap abilities, it still helps you kill quicker, since it means you can always afford to attack with everything. Plus, of course, he's another warm body for your other slivers to boost, at a low cost.

Everything about this little dude is awesome. The art is one of the best new Slivers, he's a 2/2 vigilant for 2 ON HIS OWN and soon you will be able to send forth your horde without fear of retaliation. How amazing this guy is!

It's a vigilant bear by itself, which is something we've never seen before, and it has upside beyond that. How can you not love it?

Pretty awesome with Magma Sliver. Attack with a bunch of slivers, then tap all of them for a devastating attack phase.

New slivers look stupid. Art direction seems to have forgotten that the Platonic Form of Sliver had already been established. I refuse to run these. My sliver deck is degenerate, but Her Majesty has standards, and this just won't do. Great card, though. 4/5
