Limited suggestion -- Capashen Knight and Fiendslayer Paladin work awfully well with this, both Capashen and Mark of the V are common, and nobody seems to be drafting because of all the cool toys.

I've enjoyed drafting Gladecover Scout to throw this on so far. Then get a trollhide or fireshrieker and your life total starts getting out of control for your opponent.
If the creature with this on it doesn't fall to removal then this can be a very nice enchantment. May I suggest packing protection for your two card investment with something like Gods Willing ?
