But seriously, compare to most other mythic cards in the set, how many people want to see this one in their pack? I know I don't.

Green flying is ALWAYS good, not to mention all the different ways to use those counters! A versatile card, evolve anyone?

with the new legend rule, it is possible to allocate +1 counters from Jugan1 to Jugan2. talk about high 5.

It's a great choice for limited, but not constructed. Then again, all sets have their limited dragons. I suppose it's pretty at least.

@Cyberium I totally agree. It's a cool card, but I would be pretty sad to pull one (when I could have gotten a Sword of Fire and Ice in the same slot).
I really like the card, but I don't think they should have included the whole cycle. Only some of them are strong enough to be mythic.

These dragons are garbage mythics stuck into the set just to make the other, more valuable, mythics even harder to get so that people buy even more packs which gets wizards more $$$.
Also, from wizards perspective, filling the set with these junk mythics prevents the more powerful ones from becoming too prevalent in draft scenarios and such.
That's my opinion on these dragons anyway.

It's a massive Green Flyer, that also serves in Spirit decks, with an extremely useful death trigger. I dunno about you, but monogreen players are gonna be all over this. Heck, Simic players are gonna love this.
Plus, let's not forget the new Legend rule. Did it not occur to any of you that they were reprinted to help people explore new potential with these cards, as chainsmoker said?

oh come on, there are hydras better than that! it doesnt win games by itself in constructed, therefore it shouldnt be a mythic... especially in an extremely powerful set...

Wizards can shove the new legend rule up their puckered bungholes. Clone will always kill legends in mah old codger magic book, and damn anyone who says otherwise!

I love monogreen, so a green creature with flying is great for me. I definitely have a slot for it in my green deck. If you aren't running monogreen though it obviously isn't that great. And I agree with what everyone else is saying it doesn't really deserve to be a mythic in Modern Masters. It would have been better to put another 5-10 dollar card in a mythic slot if you the purpose of this was so other mythics wouldn't get devalued. A 2 dollar card just doesn't make much sense.

Its a badass mythic, but if I pulled this in modern masters I would be sad that it wasnt a 40 dollar sword or something.
