Even aside from all the degenerate combos, this is just a really good card in its own right. It can totally change the course of a combat phase, and force opponents to re-think entire turns.
Easy for this to happen, quite a massive tempo change as well; lose your creature and mana for a turn while the defender gained 4 power in creatures.

At worst this can be a 2 cmc flash flying 2/1 that requires 3 mana to play. This always is what you can do in 99% of the decks you'd run this card in. Laugh a little if you get to untap a Dimir Aqueduct with it.
