Not sure why this is rated so low. In any deck where you're going to play him, you're going to be wanting to attack each turn, and Fervor strapped to a 2/2 Goblin is fantastic.
If his second ability bothers you so much, keep a Fling or an Arms Dealer handy. As is, he fits in delightfully with Krenko, Mob Boss.
Well at least if you don't want a creature to attack right away you can play it second main phase I guess.

Goblin Warchief without the +1/+1 but grants everything haste. I don't know why he's rated so low because he's going to be essential to making a Battalion deck run. Drop him after you combat phase in turn 3 (or maybe just on turn 3 if you can safely) and all the sudden those slower Battalion cards like Firemane Avenger are 100% better.
Being forced into attacking with everything every turn doesn't really matter if you have the best 1/2/3 drop Battalion cards in play.

This card brings me so much rage.. and yet so much good times during the pre-release.. sudden 6/2s or 7/6 creatures are a force to be reckoned with

Definitely underrated right now. (Heck, it currently doesn't even have a rating of 3.0!)
Admittedly, playing him comes at high risk indeed. As we all know, with great power comes great responsibility. Therefore, this can be great if you act wisely and know what you want to get out of him. Just choose the right creatures you're going to unleash with him - pun intended, since cards with that keyword tend to synergize with him - as well as the obvious one, batallion).
This guy is somewhere between Goblin Warchief and Bloodrush Cyclops.
As opposed to the cyclops, albeit more fragile, he's much easier to cast and gets out a turn earlier, which makes a huge difference since this allows you to roll in with multiple small or one big creature on turn four immediately.
Also, again, seeing how this line just keeps popping up again and again, particularly on berserker related cards, and now on one that gives it to all your creatures, i'll ask: Wizards, why won't you go ahead and turn this into a keyword ability already? There are plenty of interesting and fitting names to choose from - berserk, bellicosity, frenzy...you name it!
...Although admittedly, Hellraiser Goblin is special, since not only does he prompt your creature to attack each turn, but each combat phase even. So if you're planning on doing a Relentless Assault with him, better plan doing it with your whole army!

Unfortunately, I am not pleased with this new "lord" goblin. Like, compared to those two before him (Goblin Warchief and Goblin Chieftain, he's clearly a black sheep.
This gets a 2/5. I'd rather run Fervor over this. I will still be able to tap a Krenko next turn anyway (Sure, a goblin less, but I'd prefer consistency and secureness).

I run this guy alongside Fervor. If I get Fervor first I'm still happy to see the Hellraiser as another creature rather than an enchantment that doesn't stack. If I get this guy first I can nuke him and drop Fervor to change tactics and screw with people's gameplans.

Can't believe I originally snubbed this card, as a lot of people do it seems, as being "kitchen table".
IMO this probably should be in Naya humans blitz decks...
IE - just imagine having multiple burning tree emisarry 's and this guy in your hand and maybe a legion's initiative or frontline medic already on the battlefield.
Turn one Vexing Devil
Turn two Legion's Initiative
Turn three Burrning Tree Emissary Burning Tree Emissary Hellraiser Goblin
Swing for 10 after the 4 point hit Vexing Devil did.
Turn Four-six Opponent tries to boardwipe, OH snap, legion's initiative won't allow it.

Interviewer- " So why is it worded 'each combat' rather than each turn?" Wizards- " We thought it would break the format with Aurelia's ability..." LOL

Does this card have a place in Solar Flare?

This guy, Beck and Call, and like 30 mana dorks. Draw your deck on turn 4. Oh, and then swing for game, because you're forced to.

this makes sense in a bloodrush deck to me since I will probably just be trying to swing with one or two guys anyway and cast combat tricks.
