Yay! I like it when a constantly-reprinted card gets new art when it's in a new block, like Arrest. It makes sense: you're in a different plane of existence. It shouldn't look the same in another plane.
I can't really complain about Pacifism and Goblin Piker being the same anymore, since they've just been in Core Sets. Also, when Pacifism isn't in a Core Set, it gets different art (Tempest).

Was this needed Wizards? Was this needed? You don't need to print this every set. It's not necessary. You can come up with other designs for artifact and enchantment removal, you know. Hell, you already did! Remember Sundering Growth? We remember Sundering Growth. It still exists, you know.
