Unless you have more than 6 mana and have absolutely nothing else to spend it on, Heroes' Reunion is strictly better

So they grafted Stream of Life onto the worse half of Healing Salve and called it a day? I guess that's one way to make a card.

Healing Salve + Stream of Life. Yes, Dawnglow Infusion is generally better, but this card is much older. And it is not actually strictly better, even with is used in its cost:

Vitalizing Cascade: = 3 life
= 4 life
= 5 life

Dawnglow Infusion: = 2 life
= 4 life
= 6 life

This shows that only if = does Dawnglow Infusion become better.

Dawnglow Infusion is a sorcery and thus can get you killed when the opponent burns you in response. This on the other hand is an instant and can be played as a response to opponents Fire Ball that is coming down your way.

I do agree that Heroes' Reunion is better than this, but there is the time difference to take into concideration.

As long as you're playing (G) and (W) this is strictly better than Stream of Life.
