Somewhat awful since you will normally not get rid of the biggest threat (that is, the card you've chosen). This will just mean card disadvantage for your opponent and a look at his/her hand since he'll draw the card put onto the library next turn anyways. But since it's card disadvantage for you as well and you're paying , you should think twice about using this card. Yes, you could also get a minor profit from this Sorcery with Clash-effects or similar "top-card matters" cards, or you could try milling it. But thats all not really worth it i think - a simple discard for like Distress is a far better choice in general. An if i urgently wanted to put the cards in my opponent's hand onto his/her library instead of the graveyard, I'd pay more and play a 2/2 creature, Chittering Rats instead.

Could work in R/B LD-decks.

Turn 3 one-two punch with Horrifying Revelation. Follow up with a horde of Chimney Imps.

I'd use it withchittering rats. 8 cheap cards in your deck that impede tempo amazingly. Use it with its bigger form Agonizing Memories and plow under as well and you have a deck that wins by making the opponent so miserable they just concede.
