Absolutely sick how great this card is.
Vampiric Tutor is sick and this card often does it one better, in that it also lets you manipulate the order of your 4 next cards.

It's like a tutor, except it's ridiculously cheap and can put nearly anything you want on top.

i kind of prefer demonic consultation over this card, but it's still a great one. they're about equal after the drawbacks. 4/5. demonic gets my 5, vampiric gets a 4.5, then... we have lim-dul's vault at 4. next... diabolic visions.

An amazing search engine that can set you up for up to five turns, at usually no more than 1-2 life. 5/5.

Got one of these among a box of old cards, was very surprised considering that the guy who had initially bought it had dug through and taken all the valuable cards like Force of Will and Skullclamp but left this behind alongside Concordant Crossroads, two copies of Channel, and a couple of other goodies including Purgatory just because they weren't expensive anymore. This card is fantastic and it's rather affordable should you want to buy a few copies for a deck.

Awesome card, no question. Just be sure to win fast or side it out against Mindslaver, or the last thing you see in that game might be the top 100 or so cards of your deck.
