Krovikan Plague is one of those cards that gets your inner-Melvin excited. You read it once and you think there has to be some way to break this card. And then it hits you: This card isn't any good at all! I suppose you could put it on one of your creatures and then Spawnbroker it to someone else and then keep tapping it since you control Krovikan Plague, oh but wait! Oracle screwed over this idea, too! So yeah, this card stinks.

Might also be somewhat effective with cards like Final-Sting Faerie.

This card would be good with wall of omens or wall of blossoms if it could be used on them; which it can't Crag-Hack.

Holy crap this is a messy pile of abilities.

Why did the Oracle text need that last line? If the creature is tapped, then you can't tap it, and therefore can't pay the activation cost anyway.

@sonorhc: You can still pay the "tap enchanted creature" ability even if the creature is tapped. It won't do anything to the creature, but you can pay the cost. It's sort of like using Arena to target two creatures that are already tapped. That's why they needed to put the last line in there- to prevent you from paying the cost repeatedly.

What an amazing card this would be if it weren't for that darned Oracle text. Pay {0} to stack the ability a thousand times, instant win. Oh well.
