For the shrine cycle, it seems like they should have crunched the numbers of what they would accomplish in reality. Obviously you'd love for this to start punching people for 2 and 4 damage, with the rare and desirable 6 damage as a pipe dream, but basic mathematics puts the kibosh on this fantasy.

The busted probability math reminds me of Hint of Insanity.

This is one of those cards that you REALLY don't want to ramp into using Rite of Flame.
