@littleteapot; Don't know the answer to that one. I'll check it out online I guess, if it works there, its legal. EDIT; Nope, that doesn't work. It would have been really cool to cast Ancestral Vision for {1}{R} then for {3}{R} but apparently since it has no cost, you can't play it for {0} with the flashback. If it said "converted mana cost" it would probably be different.

Sorceries are more powerful (not necessarily more useful) than instants. I think this card works fine, especially with Surreal Memoir now available.

this is officially the wierdest card in MTG, flavorwise. Wait, what exactly am I doing again? I'm getting set to fix my stuff, so I can prepare to do it again? Am I actually doing anything?
This has gotta be the most complicated set of mechanics to represent 'stand still, do literally nothing, you need your rest' in the whole game :P
@Shadoflaam Not really. Snapcaster is probably overall better, but this card allows you to reuse two cards instead of one. Instead of an extra use, snapcaster gives you a 2/1, flash, and the ability to use instants out of the graveyard.
@lorendorky Only problem is that if you flashback Surreal Memoir, you don't get the rebound. Rebound only works when you cast it from your hand (otherwise it would rebound forever lol).
@dybeck It seems like it's extremely narrow, and it's definitely more narrow than other cards that give flash back to anything (snapcaster mage), but sorceries are literally half of the different types of cards that can even have flashback.
