What the heck is this card for?? I usualy try to find a cool use for every card, but this? Graveyard search and casting maby??

Torment was a graveyard-based set YotianSoldier, his ability was regarded as an advantage, not as a drawback since it was meant to be useful for filling your graveyard for Threshold effects. That doesn't prevent this card from being overcosted and rather useless, of course.

its not so bad. Just add Shuko and dump any number of cards; but Cephalid illusionist is better because its cheaper.

Too slow and not effective enough for filling your graveyard, fx. for reanimation, and even worse at all else. And not even funny. The art is bad,just plain and boring.
