Mana Vault costs 1 but gives you 3...

However, this card obviously is cheaper to untap than Grim Monolith, and can be untapped at any time (unlike the vault), so it has it's uses.

Alternate Win Condition:

Put out 2 of these, use one for something, tap the other one to untap the first one, then tap the first one to untap the second. Repeat until opponent gets disqualified for punching you in the face.
